Anne Reynolds has been working to promote cooperatives around Wisconsin for many years. She oversees a staff of six employees on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus and, together, they extend research and education to communities all over the state. The outreach mission is strong, she said.
As executive director of the UW-Madison Center for Cooperatives, Reynolds was recently awarded the Cooperative Builder Award. The prominent award is given out by the Cooperative Network to individuals with lifetime service to cooperatives at local, state, regional or national levels.
“Many people I know have received this award, which just made the honor of it more special for me,” Reynolds said.
