East Aurora Co-op Seeks General Manager

The East Aurora Cooperative Market, a startup retail food cooperative, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, visionary leader and team-builder to be our General Manager. Reporting to the board 0f directors under Policy Governance, the GM is responsible for the overall operations of a retail grocery store. The co-op is scheduled to open in summer 2015, currently has over 1,000 member-owners and is working with NCGA DC (National Cooperative Grocers Association Development Cooperative).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience managing a retail food store (grocery or co-op experience preferred).
