Worker Co-operative Code

Co-operatives UK defines worker co-operatives as those businesses where the members and beneficiaries work for the co-operative and have direct ownership and control.

The Worker Co-operative Code sets out what anyone should expect, and should work together to achieve, as a member of a worker co-operative.
