Laura Flanders travels to Chicago to catch up with the worker-owners at New Era Windows Cooperative.  The worker-owners, formerly employees of Republic Windows, talk about the difficulties they have had to overcome to turn their dream of a cooperative workplace into a reality, and the satisfaction they have gained in being business-owners rather than just employees.  Leah Fried of the union UE (which represented the workers while they worked for Republic and with which the shop is still affiliated) talks about the massive strides the worker-owners have made, from occupying a factory seven years ago to learning how to collectively manage thier own business today.
