The Black Social Economy

The Black Social Economy is based on a large body of work by Prof Caroline Shenaz Hossein. She first defined the concept in a scholarly paper in 2013. In 2018, she published an edited book on the Black Social Economy and in 2019 a scholarly paper defining the Black Social Economy as an epistemology for the solidarity economy.
