Ander highlights how this approach promotes stability, a sense of belonging, and the creation of societies that are rich in human relations and economically prosperous.  Ander has been responsible for ‘Dissemination’ of Mondragón Corporación Cooperativa for the past eight years, whose history, values, and practices he tells at universities and forums around the world. Mondragón Corporación Cooperativa is the world's largest cooperative industrial group by turnover: founded in the Basque Country in the 1950s, it consists of 255 companies and is a unique model worldwide.
